Sharing Connection
 
Since im getting a new computer, my brother will be using this computer.
how do we go about sharing the same connection? there are ntl wall socket things in both the rooms, what do i have to do?

You'll need a router. This connects to the cable Modem (or Set Top Box dependent on how you get your broadband) via ethernet. A wired router requires you to lay ethernet between your router and PCs, or alternatively you can go wireless. Some PCs have a wireless adaptor inbuilt otherwise USB ones are available if you don't want to open the case.
