Email Manager Broken / Two accounts inactive.
 
Hi there,

I am having some problems with my @ntlworld accounts. I was wondering if anyone is having the same issues in the Greenock/Glasgow area.

So I found out that two of my five accounts have suddenly became inactive. I know the passwords are correct as when I use the correct passwords I get the "accounts are inactive" message in Thunderbird but when I deliberately use the wrong password I get invalid password.

Now my second problem is that I cannot access the email account manager at https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/xtrmail. I am logging in from the same computer as where the cable modem is so it should work. It keeps giving me the wrong username and password error on all the accounts. I know the passwords are right as it will let me login to webamil and other areas of the customer zone using the same username password combinations.. It just will not let me into the Email manager.

Anyone experiencing anything similar.

Hi Freeups, :welcome: to the forum.

Accounts that become inactive usually mean that you have not used them for 90+ days, call CS and they can reactivate them.

I've tried the email account manager by entering my username (no domain at end) and password, and its working fine for me.
