virgin broadband medic

Hi new to this so please help,

Just got virgin broadband on pc. now pc takes an age to start, it looks like its the broad band medic starting up and slowing pc. once its running about 10mins pc seams to be fine please help

Un-install it.

You just need the USB drivers for the modem, or an active ethernet connection with DHCP turned on.
