Disney Cinemagic

Is the disney Cinemagic channel still free with a Sky movies subsciption. I am sure it was but the channel is now grayed out, have they changed the deal or is it just a problem with my subsciption.

I don't think it was ever free on Virgin. It's bundled with the movies package on Sky but on VM it's an additional £5 a month. I've said it before but this really should be thrown in free with the VIP pack.

Are you sure? When I changed to the VIP pack in March, they said it would be an extra £5 a month but said they would give it me free for 6 months.

When I had the Sky Movie Channels added a few months ago, Disney Cinemagic was also added at no extra charge.

It's not included in my VIP package here in Swansea, makes you wonder if they'r right hand knows what the left is doing seeing as some have it and some don't

After looking on their home page it does clearly show that it is not included in the VIP for free, there is a £5 charge as it is an extra channel.

I think, don't quote me on this. But I think it is only part of movies or vip in ex ntl areas. Seems stupid though
