Movie Pin update?

can one of you kind folks give me an update to when the movies pin will be resolved. It was working yesterday when the pin box popped up automatically but today it has went back to push the red button which doesn't work. whne is the update being rolled out fully? Its so frustrating. Im using pace 4001 box and in pure ntl area belfast.
