V+ and monthly discounts

Hi, just a quick question

I phoned up to enquire about V+ and was told that it would cost £150 and would not affect my monthly "deal" price in any way. (currently pay £55 odd for tvxl / phone / 20mb)

Anyone confirm this is true? I'm not really into paying £85 a month.

Cheers

Get them to confirm it by email, with the duration of the discount.

This is standard if you're on XL tv - there is no monthly charge for V+ - you pay an upfront 'service charge' of £150.

Yeah but i'm not paying full price for my deal, and I don't intend to start as I think £85 is just too pricey. I'll get them to mail me confirmation that i'll continue to pay £54 a month and then sign up for it :-)

You've used the price of £85 several times - where have you plucked this figure from?

What services do you currently have? How many set top boxes, which level of each package (you seem to have TV XL, BB XL but do you have Phone XL?).
