red button issue
 

folks, my first post and good news, woke up here in belfast and the red button issue has now been resolved. All movie channels are now working. The pin screen pops up automatically when you switch over to the movie channel.
A big thumbs up to VM. Even if its a bit late.;)

Well i'm just glad to have the movies back. I wonder how many customers left because of this problem? All we need now is to have sky one back for season 3 of prison break.

folks, just wondering if you know what is happeninig with the red button? Movies was working yesterday because VM ddn't use the red button but instead used there own pin protection which popped up automatically. Are VM testing there own pin protection before updating all pace and samsung boxes?
