Broadband extras??
 

Ive tried to sign in with my ntl world email address to broadband extras but it wont work,is there a reason this is happening??
Or have they changed something I dont know about!!

Same here Tony - it's suposed to be included but it keeps asking me to upgrade and pay the extra fee per month. I should have got this included when I originally moved up to 4MB but didn't. I did however managed to sign up to the free trial when it was first introduced.
