Whats happened to my email address
 

Help, I'm sat at work trying to access my emails through the VM site and cannot log in so I have tried sending a forgotten password request but it keeps coming back that my email addres does not exist, so I tried emailing myself from work and it's bounced back saying that there is no such email address. Whats going on? Its not like its a new email address - I've had it for 5 years!!!!!

you may well have to phone india... I've had this happen to me, and they had to re-assign my email address, cos it just seemed to sort of 'disappear'.. :shrug:
