My email address

Hiya,
Couldn't seem to find this info anywhere else so hope it hasn't been answered already...

What the heck is my email address? I just signed up and got all the rubbish through and they've just installed it...Services work fine but I need to set up billing and what-not...and online I need a @virgin.net email address and I have no idea what it should be!!! I can't seem to get support without it either so I'm sorta stuck for ideas!

Thanks
Ed

Re: My email address

Ed, what type of service do you have, you say you want a Virgin.net, can I assume you have ADSL then?

Re: My email address

Well I just signed up to virgin media (not transferred from another service like telewest), the only reason I want a virgin.net email is so that I can login online and change my billing info etc....have a broadband & TV service...thanks

Re: My email address

You won't get a Virgin.net email address on cable, you'll get @ntlworld.com for ex ntl or @blueyonder.co.uk for ex TW.

Re: My email address

Due to DPA requirements, no VM staff member could give you that info via the forum.
If you ring tech support (yes I know that it's premium rate) one of us could help you as we can clear DPA over the phone.
It shouldn't take more than about 3 minutes.
