An error occoured sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting:

:welcome:

First off I hope thats not your IP address, if it is I would mask it.

make sure outgoing server name is smtp.ntlworld.com and is on port 25, make sure username and password is clicked and set secure connection to no

Re: smtp problems

I presume you are using the computer at home, because from anywhere else you can receive but not send?

You don't have any firewall software installed that is blocking port 25?

Can you try and send to another email address

According to this site's software, yes it is your IP - I've hidden it ;)
