The article borders on irresponsible journalism, as a read of the "reader's comments" clearly shows. However, I like this bit:

I wonder if the standard of English will go down that is taught in classrooms so the multilingual kids have a better chance of keeping up with english speaking kids.....:shrug:

By the way, i'm not racist, and i don't preach or rant about the immigrants/muslims/state of the world today etc, but i kind of agree with Locky (in post 4), i don't fancy the idea of being in the minority one day, as a white brit.
