Error creating an email

Trying to make an email on Virgin Media and it's saying:

Error creating mailbox
InvalidCosDomain

Anyone know what the problem is?

Also, when are virginmedia.com emails being released?

Make sure that when you make the email address you don't write the @ntlworld.com or whatever bit, just the username you want
