Internet Uptime Monitor

Anyone know of a program that can monitor the uptime of your internet connection? I'm having problems with the internet dropping but unless I sit there all day...I don't know how often it's doing so.

I suspect it's the router causing it as when the connection is down I can ping the router but not the default gateway or any other external website. It eventually returns a couple of minutes later but it would be useful to see if this time is the same each time...

I would actually say that that sounds like you are losing your internet connectivity. I'd expect a router fault to cause you to lose the ability to ping the router.

Would http://www.l8nc.com/ be of any use? :)
