upload with a linksys router
 

Ok, so if I plug my cable modem right into PC i get the new 700 odd upload, yet through the linksys wrt54gs 1.52.0 i only get the old 350 up.

Cabling is all changed and still the same, even tried wireless, and diff cable between router and modem.

Anybody else had this???

Check what config your modem is using when you've got it connected through the router.
