wheres the cap?
 

hello there,
well after reading about the caps from 4-12 i thought i'd see what happens
im not a big downloader normaly only 1 dvd a week (4gig) and maybe a new game that comes out, so anyway i fire up Utorrent and get some fast torrents running, i hit this 3gig mark and nothing still 10mb, so i've left it all running and the cap has only just kicked in @ 16.2 gig but i thought i would get capped to 5mb, im only just getting 211KBPS just about 2mb'ish? has anyone else tested these caps to see if they work correctly?

also on a side note, i thought these caps would only start when we get the speed upgrade? which is still TBC
