Can't read my emails...

I had NTL for over 3 years now and never used their email address. I just moved house and now have a new contract with VM. They gave me a username and password for my email, but I just can't read my emails...

I can log via VM home page and I get this:

But when I click on "You have unread messages", it logs me out and I get this:

http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c3...eenShot003.jpg

And I get this wierd url:

http://www.virginmedia.com/account/s...3Fto%3Dwebmail

However when I create a new email address I can read the emails without problems.

I just wanted to see if I got any emails from NTL/VM on my original account...

Don't know why but I have had another weird email problem since I had NTL/VM.

I can log in via the web interface (unlike you) but I cannot ever get the POP3 to work for Outlook despite having double/triple (and more!) checked the settings and despite my girlfriend checking them (and hers do work!).

Meh, another sign of a network on it's knees.

That sort of login/ logged out situation can happen if you are blocking cookies or running any tools that block cookie creation. Could also just be a bug in the site, have you tried putting the account details into outlook/ outlook express to see what happens?
