vm modems advise
 

can someone please tell me if the modems that vm use on new installs are capable of running the increased 20meg speed?

reason i ask is i have just had a scientific atlanta EPC2100R2 installed due to a fault with my exsisting modem.

that modem was a EPC2100,so whats the difference between the 2?

can anyone shed any light on this as i was assured that this new modem would accept 20meg easily.

please tell us what is the model number of the Cable Modem.

Your scientific atlanta EPC2100R2, the R2 being Revision 2. Can do 20Mbits and more. :)
