Mother in laws phone out for over a week
 

Help - my mother in law's phone has been out for over a week. We called 151 from our house last Saturday and Indian call centre got as far as saying they would get an engineer out and then said his computer wasn't working so couldn't do it (after a twenty minute call). Called back next day and they said they would ring her back on her mobile. Nothing happened and so tried again several time during week and still no luck.

Help - what else can she do? She has spent a fortune on mobile calls trying to sort this out.

Call 151 from your house until you get a engineer.
