Phone doesn't work
 

VM have installed a phone line for me 3 days ago. It was fine until today. Now when I ring some number, I can't hear anything. The call just doesn't go through. I cant even call 150.

Is there any way to contact them outside working hours (9am-5pm?)? And can someone please give me their number? Thank you...

I called them, after being on hold for a few mins some woman picked up. She asked all kind of problems and then asked me where I'm calling from. When I said from mobile, she said she will call me so that I dont spend money. I gave her my number. It's been 30 mins now and still no call from her. The phone still doesn't work. Good service. I was with BT before VM and never had ANY problems...
