setting up web based email account
 

i can send emails from my VM account to my yahoo account

but i cant send emails to my VM email account

its a web based account ie i login via virginmedia.com

I don't understand. You can't receive emails at your VM account, or you can't forward emails from Yahoo to your VM account, or what?

i can send emails from my virgin account to say my yahoo/gmail but i cant send a reply from yahoo/gmail

What error does it come up with?

Or does the message just never arrive?

the email never arrives in my virgin media inbox, i get a email saying it couldnt deliver

yes it was full, im sure i deleted all the emails the other day but hey ho,

After deleting mail, make sure to clear the trash folder as well since that still counts towards your quota.
