How to cancel programme reminders?

By mistake I set a "programme reminder", and I don't know how to cancel it. I have a Samsung and using the "black" VM EPG. Thanks

Got it, thanks. Not a clever place to put it, I like it where it was before this epg upgrade.

It's 'the' stupidest place in the world to put it

especially since that when you try to cancel it (intuitivly using same method as you did to set it - i.e. press 'OK') a prompt pops up containing to the option to 'Cancel Reminder'

a goat would suggest you use that method but not Virgin - that would be too easy

i know, let's cancel the box before they can enter it and spend a couple weeks adding some new code with a seperate menu somewhere they'll never find it

now we've spent allllllll that extra time programming a useless button - we have an excuse not to let it record programmes from the buffer & leave the EPG as a peice of crap

They should put an option for it on the homescreen. No option is using the number 0 at the moment

No they shouldn't

I've just stated that when you attempt to cancel a reminder a box pops up asking whether you'd like to 'Cancel the reminder', then before you can answer it, the box disappears

Instead of shutting this box - they shouldn't - how easy does it get?

Re: How to cancel programme reminders?

I notice that with the new setup, if I attempt to select another reminder for the same date/time as a previously defined reminder, it won't let me. So if I really want this new reminder I then have to jump thru hoops to delete the old reminder, and then find my way back to the new reminder.

At least with the old way of doing things it allowed multiple reminders to be set for the same time. And that was fine by me.
