NO Internet
 

Now I know on this forum Virgin Engineers ex TW ex Ntl look at the threads.
Here is my situation I am a long standing customer of TW Blueyonder now Virgin Media 6/7 years.

Now I live in the Cr0 area and after my umpteenth call to CS nobody can tell me when I can expect to get my internet service working.

Apparently the UBR is at fault and this according to CS has been an underlying fault for the last 5 months :Yikes:

I am the end user without a service so I asked when the issue will be fixed and nobody can tell me anything.Not good when you have 2 boxes with VM and BB and telephone service.

I also asked how many users this is affecting and they would'nt say
whats the term the yanks say " RIP & Replace"
