Cable Forum - Cable BB 10meg only getting 2Mb using Wireless

Hello,

I have just got 10meg cable BB with Virgin, made it wireless using the Belkin F5D7230-4, however I am only getting no more than 2 meg BB using it, if I plug in the cable modem into the back of the laptop I get the full 10meg.

I have the security settings as WPA but taking this off only gives me a boost of about 500k.

I have 100% signal strenght as I sit next to it.

My laptop has a built in wirless card:
Dell Wireless 1500 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini-Card.

I hope someone can help me as this is doing my head in and I've searched the forums and google and no one as really answered the issue.
