Does anybody know if the Faults line is contactable 24/7 ?? I'm having problems with my red button (never worrked since i had my V+ installed) and I need it fixing asap otherwise i'm paying for the movie channels for nothing seen as though you need it to work to access them now. Why can they not just have the option on the screen to input your pin number, why do you need to have a red button option first ?

Does anyone else in Leeds have this problem as i've heard some people say it's an area thing ?

faults is open now, 151 from a virgin phone 0845 454 1111 from any other line

chers for that lostand confued.......problem is i'm at work now so need to phone when i finish work (9pmish), presume it's open 24/7 isn't it ? Also, i don't have a land line (run off a mobile) but my mobile is Virgin, will it still be free to phone 151 from that as i'm sure the 0845 number is a lovely big premium line.

nope your going to have to call the 0845 number and i think they are only open until 8. Its worth giving them a try though as CS has been open until 12 all this week so faults may be open before, but im not 100% sure sorry

0845 isn't a premium number, it's a local rate number. 0870 are the really nasty ones!
