no vod or interactive since install
 

hello all . had my v+ installed on 24th march all went well. but since then i havnt had any interactive , no vod on movies music,no virgin central nothing at all i have rang virgin a few times & i was told it was a fault in my area that should be fixed by 31st march. 6pm. nothing working still, rang back yesterday a man said he couldnt do any thing for me, i couldnt have a telephone line installed because there wasnt one leading to my flat so every time i ring virgin its costing me more money. i dont think its fair that i cant use all the services when i have to still pay for them. thanks for any help.

What happens when you try and access it? Including error codes.

Any flashing lights?

Have you tried rebooting your box as a fix went live this morning for VOD

just rebooted it cant beleive it its all working fine now, hope it stays that way. thanks vhelper.;) :tu:
