Mine has been working ok what area do you live prehaps someone else in your area might have a problem also what type of box do you have :)

im in manchester and have not got the new vm epg upgrade maybe thats the problem

I have 3 boxes one with the old software on and it works ok .Can you watch VOD ok order films ?

yeah i can can watch vod content without a problem

its a known problem in the manchester area ive not heard of a fix time :(

When you goto this channel how long does it take for the screen to load up or does the box lock up .Which box have you got :)

I take it you have reset the box it might need a call to faults as it could be the box i know some samsungs have had a problem in the past :tu:
