Dual internet - wireless connections Anyone know of any software that can assign certain wireless networks to certain applications? I have Sky BB and Virgin, it'd be neat if I could purely use Sky for browsing in firefox and Virgin for everything else. Anyone if anything like this is possible? |

Re: Dual internet - wireless connections I suggest you investigate some routers that have dual WAN ports such as this one: http://www.netgear.com/Products/VPNa...s/FVS124G.aspx |

Re: Dual internet - wireless connections If you mean a separate router on each connection then you need the means to connect to both. Many routers have some form of proxy built in, switch it on. Then set a proxy setting in Firefox for the one you want. |

Re: Dual internet - wireless connections Oooo, duh that was pretty obvious tweetiepooh. Gonna do that. Dual WAN woudln't really work, cause one is ADSL and one is Cable, unless they could handle both technlogies, doubt it. Edit: Damn, the Neatgear DG834GT doesn't seem to have a proxy server. |

Re: Dual internet - wireless connections Yeah, you will need a router that can deal with it for you, basically 2 wan ports as has been said, software aint gonna do the trick on this one. You will probably find that its IP addresses rather than websites that you have to setup the forwarding for. |
