NTL Wireless Router 2203

Hi all. Sorry if this has already been covered, I will keep looking! I have installed a PCI card on my pc which seems to work fine. I am getting a wireless connection with good signal strength. However. when I try to start internet explorer - nothing. No problem from Virgin modem straight to pc. Someone put me out of my misery please....
