Any one having trouble with this site ?
phishing filter keeps blocking it .
I have disabled it but still blocks it the windows one
any idea's

Are you sure you're going to the paypal site, and not actually a paypal phishing site?

Just checked here and the cert is still valid and hasn't been revoked.

I'm guessing it's IE that's gone screwy and is reporting a false positive. What happens if you do visit the site and check the cert manually?

There was a thread on the community forms at ebay about this you might want to have a look through there as some pay pal customers where having the same problem.

could be a trojan on your pc or something has added a false paypal record to your hosts file so check for these.
