Why do you need to go on the diagnostics screen? If you have a fault, you should ring Virgin media customer services.

if its a pace set top box pin set by factory is 1234 if its a samsung pin is 0000 but if you changed it and forgot wot it is you will have to call customer services and they will reset you remotly
