Virgin remote control

Hi is there a new control for the virgin service. I have a v+ bow with a nice new Virgin remote. But my other STB says hit the home key but my old blue ntl remote dont have one.

If there is one how do i order on.

PS if you have any pic that would be good.

Thanks

Just ring up 151 faults and say the remote is not working.

They will send you one.

But to avoid the charge of £12 you must return the old reomte it the bag provided.

The old remote will probably have the key but it will be called something else.

The home key is called 'Guide' on some remotes. If you've got this remote:

then they will probably send you one exactly the same as a replacement. (see pics of the other remotes at http://www.redremote.co.uk/ )
