It might be worth my old favourite...

Pull the plug
Wait 40 seconds
Plug back in and wait for 60 seconds.
Then see if it's still "Hewlett".

If this doesn't work then a quick call to the Faults team will help...

nope never did a thing both boxes are the same so I don't think its my end the problem but will call faults find out if its down to a signal issue. Is anybody else in grimsby just had it happen.

Last time we lost channels some idiot in rotherham working servered the fibre cables. Which knocked out our tv in the whole regional area.

Whats strange is some are working but others are showing a black screen of death. By looking at the channels lost nearly 75% just died.

just been onto faults aparantly its nationwide. They are fixing the problem.

Some channels have now come back like Living & itv2 .

But many still dead
