Multiple V+ Boxes

My wife is disabled and spends a lot of time in the bedroom. Can you have two V+ boxes on the same line?

Spoken to two different people at Virgin and one says yes, other says no!

I believe at the moment you're restricted to one V+ box, as they are just being rolled out. Some former Telewest customers do have more than one though.

:welcome: to the forum!

At the moment each household is restricted to one V+HD box. In the future Virgin Media hopes to allow more than one per household.

As Andy says some former Telewest customers do have more than one V+HD box.

Just try and order two.

If they say no ring back and get another rep.

Some can just be funny.

It can depend on how many services you have. How long your drop cable is, how many times its been split. no good giving you a box if it wont work. Don't know how CS can tell the drop size but.

Had my V+ installed today in an e-C&W area, and the installation contractor said he had installed two boxes at an address recently. (Mind you - it wasn't on the job sheet!)

Didnt I read something recently about being able to access content from your TV-Drive/V+ from a standard box connected in the same house?

Really? That would be a great feature if it came to fruition.

Would be a pretty cool thing to be able to do, but there is no feature at the moment as far as I'm aware...
