Annoying On Demand problem.
 
I really like On Demand, but I have an annoying intermittent problem.

When scrolling through the programmes, the "Just loading..." message comes up for a fraction of a second, then nothing. I can't scroll down or press red or green (page up/down), but I can scroll across to the next day/set of letters.

I have to constantly press "Back", then go through all the menus again to hopefully get it to work. It does after around 3 times, but it's really annoying.

Secondly, I keep getting the message "On demand is temporarily unavailable". I press OK, the message goes. After three attempts, it seems to work properly. Again, it's managable but really annoying.

Any ideas?

I get the same problem, Faults say it's a known issue and they are working on it.

same problem just got of the phone from 150 sent a hit still not working, 3/4 days to sort it out.

Mine hasn't worked for 2 days. Reset, rebooted and all the stuff they tell you when you ring CS.

Lucky if you got through to CS.

At moment, just told to ring back later.

The service has well and truly gone down the pan.

I just cannot be bothered to ring them now, yet we are still paying for premium service.

Pateince will run out soon...

'Blue' is to exit loading issue, 'back' doesn't do anything

MJ45. strange about not getting through, had ntl/virgin a few weeks and only rang them 4/5 times but never waited more than a min. or two & apart from having to wait for the `on demand` service has been fine, assume you are on langley or are calls national.
