I am drawn towards the HD offering that Sky has - I am a big football fan and have heard the footy looks outstanding in HD but the cost of Sky's HD box puts me off. I have read a lot about the V+ box and it sounds really good but I really don't know what to do.

Can anyone offer any advice ?

Following Sky 1 and sports news being taken off I am very miffed, I watch sports news religously (in vain) as a newcastle fan always hoping there will be a massive breaking news story, and one of my favourite shows, "lost" now not on.

I wonder where I stand on cancelleng my contract as I have not signed this.

I think someone mentioned to make a note of the STB serial number that is being returned, just in case there is a problem.

Have you had the software update yet?

I got V+ installed on Wednesday, and I have to say, I am very impressed with the User Interface and the facilities on the box (and I have a techie background).
