Am I being brushed off
 

:help: 119 has never worked on my v+ installed 10 days ago.
All other interactive services work.
Called 151 Monday and yesterday, both times told engineers working on interactive problem that would be fixed later that day.
Not working again to-day and 120 is the same. Phoned again and CS have just informed me that interactive is down!!!!! no it's not, when I told her it was working on all other areas ie weather/games etc she was at a loss. Engineers have told her that it won't be fixed until 05/03/07. I live in the Manchester area M41 is anyone having a similar problem.

your not missing much mine is only showing 5 or 6 sets of shows anyway ,loads more to choose from on basic vod

I am having a similar experience. If I try to go past Chns 119, 120 or 121 the box freezes and after about 5 mins I can progress. I had this problem on the first day of Virgin Media but it cleared itself and all was OK until today, it is really annoying.
I have an old PACE box which NTL would not change to allow me to take advantage of the enhanced speeds everyone else was getting because they said if it was working it could not be replaced. I feel really disgruntled as I am paying the same as charge as others. :mad:
