Can you subscribe to phone and broadband but not TV?

Are you able to subscribe to the phone and broadband but not TV, because we're considering ditching the tv and getting a freeview box, but wondered if it was possible. There's so many wires but it looks like the modem is connected to the set top box by a wire, not sure.

Yes you can.

The modem is fed direct from the wall outlet.
