WRT54G Password
 

I've got a Telewest/Virgin Media internet connection.

I've been trying to access the router's settings via the 192.168.1.1 website, but everytime it asks for the password and I type admin as the password, it says it's wrong.

What's the general password, and what are the implications if I hard reset the router in order to access its settings?

The admin password is either going to be admin, or leave the space blank

A factory reset will default the password and admin account name, but also every other setting you may have changed.
