Netgear DG834GT with Ntl ASDL modem ?
 

Hi,

I have recently taken a Ntl broadband connection and in order to setup a wireless home network, I bought a Netgear DG834gt ASDL modem router.


I want to know how do i connect the tv/broadband cable to the netgear modem router ??? or can i get any kind of microfilter in the stores which would help me wit this ????

That router will not work with cable broadband, you need a Cable/DSL router for VM not ADSL...

That router is pants anyway, I have it with sky bb and its' the worst router I have used yet.

Get a linksys broadband router (not adsl broadband router) and you will find a lot of help available on this forum as 100's here have them.

i just got a netgear wireless adsl modem router and already im having probs and cant seem to get on internet:( i had to disconect it and put my own (tesco) modem back in :(
