Quick question about the VIP package

...

Just wanted to know did anyone that ordered the VIP package or upgrade to it recieve a confirmation letter to advise they are coming, as I ordered the VIP package (as I did not have the V+ box) a couple of weeks ago but I have not received a letter to confirm anything.

Can anyone help.

booked for 23 feb dident get letter to confirm man arrived 8.15 am finished 8.45 am love v+box got 10 hours rec still to watch very fast no lag

No letter here either. I checked with CS and they confirmed the date
