WebSTAR wireless router. A few questions regarding security.

I live abroad and recently contracted cable tv, including internet..

The manuals are in a foreign language so I am having several problems trying to tighten my security.

Firstly, if possible, I would like to change the SSID
Secondly, I would like to change the password.

Also, the security on the network is wep, can I change this to WPA or WPA2 and if so how? And which is better?
