NTL Business ISDN?
 

I can't seem to get a straight answer out of the ntl Business call centre - all I want to know is can I can a single ISDN2e line from them, outside of a cable TV area.

Their website says they do 2e, the call centre (after being disconnected before they spoke to me three times) says they don't.

Anyone know for certain?

I'm not too sure about the Ex-NTL side of things but it is available if you buy it through Ex-TW as a telephony product.

If you call 0800 953 1800 (Ex-TW Business CS) and ask them they will be able to put you through to the sales team who should be able to give you a definite yes or no.

I guess the two companies websites have been merged before their product portfolios.

BTW: your area should not make a difference as ISDN requires a BT line and cannot be run across an NTL:TW line
