2meg service - 200kbps up ?

Do I read this correctly ?

http://allyours.virginmedia.com/webs...ervice.do?id=2

Size M : 2meg down and UPTO 200kbps up.

Does this mean that those of us who have telewest like me ( 2meg down 256kbps ) will be downgraded ?

If they were to do that then they'd have to give all the former Telewest 4Mbit and 10Mbit customers 400k and 512k upload respectively, so I doubt it'll happen any time soon :)

Interesting how they have now removed all references to the upload speed.

HEEEEEeeelllllllllllllllllooooooooo anyone there ? Broadband is about upload and download speeds NOT just the download speed.

I personally wouldn't buy broadband without knowing what my upload speed is.

Hell 2meg down and 128K up would work for single downloads but not for anything else.

Always choose the best upload to download ratio and that for me is the 2meg service ;)
