Virgin central not working for me!

I can see everything on screen, but when I press the red button, as directed, it says there are no programmes currently available. Any ideas?? :(

Doesn't work for me either. It says "Press the red button, sit back and enjoy" - the reality is, press the red button and nothing happens.

AAhhh Thats because you did not sit back and enjoy, the New V + Box monitors emotive aura around people in the close vacinity and will not work for people demonstrating frustration and impatience, this is why mine is permanently on standby in protest..................or did i just dream that.

Yup, doesnt work on my v+ either, infact no 'press red button' functions work and havent since it was installed. Just spoke to CS who said theres a VOD fault in my area should be fixed within 2 days, ill wait and see.
