VIRGIN + STB and BROADBAND

I currently have a Samsung set top box and I use the ethernet socket on the rear of the box for direct connection to my PC for my 2mg broadband internet.

Next month I will be upgrading to a Virgin + set top box.

Will this carry my broadband connection, as the Samsung does, or do I have to have a separate modem installed?

Many thanks.

Hi,
Yes, you will need to have a sacm fitted. I was also using my tv drive box but you can only get 1 meg through them.
