just ordered this package but need help
 
well just ordered

tv xl including sky sports and movies
phone line xl
broadband 4mb
v+ box plus keep old box
£63 a month

but then i called again 5 minutes later to check everything over and they had no records of sky sports and sky movies

he said that they might be switched on when the v+ box is installed so i should wait and see but i aint sure what to believe,
can anyone clear me on this?

infact none of my tv channels have been switched on cos i was on the free pckage

The change of services will happen on the day of the install and also the upgrade of the channels.
I would give them another call and confirm the services or wait till it goes in and check the services with the engineer ,if they are missing get the services added on the day .

How on earth did you get that package for that price? Are you signing up as a new customer and getting some kind of discount for a certain amount of months? I tried to get the same sort of package but they wanted to charge me £79 and that didn't include Movies or the extra STB.

I changed over to..
TV XL plus sports and movies
2 Meg BB
Talk 24 phone XL
V+ with free install
For £63.59 a month.
I already had movies and the Sports channels came on IMMMEDIATELY.
No waiting for V+ install (march 1st).

How do you get the £63 package that includes Sports, Movies, 4Mb broadband, phone line, v+ and extra STB?? Is this some kind of special deal or has a bit of bartering been going on?

all i said was the i might switch to sky
