VirginMedia Email contact - why bother?
 
VirginMedia - why bother posting an email contact when you can't be bothered to reply to customer emails.
I've tried several times to email on technical and product issues with no reply.
The ghost of NTL service strikes again!!

Same here..An online mail form isn't good enough either, all companies are obliged to publish an actual contactable email address by law as of January the first.

when they reply eventually they usually tell you to call their phone number instead so it's a waste of time.

NTL, sorry, VM, do not do email communication, even though it states in the t&c's " electronic mail " :erm:
NTL ghost has not gone, its just a different name, a move to try and bring back a feel good factor ?

I have given up using the email contact box as they never seem to respond

They all seem to finish at the same place and get no further I has a list of reference given by the autoreply which are unsnaswered and not expected to be so

This is a company who got a complaint from me and wrote to me with a standard letter saying matters were being dealt with and a customer concern person would contact me. That was last october so I sent a chase letter in January and recieved [ a standard letter ......] eventually I did receive a call from a member of CC who had not read either of my letter or understand what was the situation was so I had to tell her word by word.

Her Response "Coz of the time Its unlikely we can ascertain what went wrong!"

Priceless

Virgin Media

Good Platform
Reasonable Products (But needs content to match others)
Poor Customer Service (but getting better haphazardly)

but without it we would be crushed by Sky Dominance!
