Bill Query what should I do
 

Well, been a customer with NTL since the old days.
Have been on the package the 3 for £30 with a call package on there as well.
Was ending up playing approx £50 per month on:
2mb BB
Phone line rental + Calls
And Large TV package.
So decided to give them a call to see what deals they could offer me.
And they offered me all the same & all call included for less money - £26 all in.
But I have had the first Bill's and it is now where near this amount, but less now did I hear them right in the first place or are they undercharging me.

Should I give them a call to sort it out or let it be ?

call them...always better to check yourself with them before they get a*sey with you

Could be a refund on the days upto the next month. But yeah get it checked :)
