V+ Remote Control Codes
 

I have just had my V+ installed by 2, yes, 2 smiling engineers, but they forgot to programme my remote for my tv. Have looked over the forum and Googled for remote programming codes but to no avail yet. Any clues or links that'll help me out? Cheers..

Also, they installed my old STB in the bedroom, and although I have Virgin EPG in lounge on V+, my old STB still has NTL EPG. Will this change???

the epg will change but the new one is just on the v+ at the mo, cant remember the date off the top of my head, is the code so you can use the volume for the remote? if it is give faults a call as its dependant on your tv i think, they sorted it out in about 10 mins for me

the remotes codes are in the V+ menu... all of them...

press home, then 9 - help and info, then 8 - help with remote, and follow instructions.

What happens when your tv codes are implemented and the v+ remote still does not control the tv ? ;)

hello

i am searching for a code for my v+ remote too, i have a hanspree xv 37 incher the one with only one hdmi, which is a pity as i am pleased otherwise.

i already had the remote working but bless my 9 yr old son who showed an amazing feat of strength by snapping the remote clean in half after the channel failed to change during the blink of his eye. my own fault did not write the code down and can't find one that works with the new replacement control.

Hi I have a Goodmans LD2301 32" TV and have found out that it is not a true goodmans TV but a spin off for comet. I broke my last V+ remote and have new one but it will not work volume or mute, I have imutted all codes for goodmans and all the codes for bush with no joy. Can anyone help cos I am at a brick wall does anyone know the code for this TV

i have spent all night trying to set my v+ remote up for my samsung tv and have just discovered you cannot do it whilst in HD mode set your box to connect via scart then it will let you programme your remote with the code supplied by virgin media hope this helps
